Job Description:
This person will report to Respective Zonal Manager
Typical Geographical Coverage: At least half a state. In some cases, even entire state.
Typical markets to cover: Tier 2 cities and their peripheral towns
Typical work: 15 days HQ, 10 days OS / Ex-Station
Typical customers to cover:
1.Physicians clinics
2.Physicians / Surgeons with small in-patient facility
3.Small hospital s
4.Technician run independent labs
5.Local pharmaceutical companies.
Requirement
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in Sales of small IVD devices like Urine analyzers, HbA1c analyzers, electrolyte, Hemoglobin analyzer etc
Qualification: Science / Life Science / Engineering Graduate
Previous Work Experience / Industry: IVD Instrument Sales
Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for achieving Sales, Growth & Customer Support activities of the Point-of-Care (POC) range of products - HbA1c analyzer, Microalbumin analyzer, Dry-chemistry Electrolyte analyzer, Hemoglobin analyzer and its accompanying reagents.
Develop optimum distribution channels in the assigned geographical area.
Ensure distributors comply with company commercial norms.
Technical knowledge to address basic technical queries raised by the customer.
Collect, Manage and Analyze key market data regarding competitors and our own customers.
Help in the Market Research for launch of new products
Co-ordinating with departments for ensuring smooth operation of business in assigned HQ.
