Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing sector, preferably healthcare industry

  • Educational qualification in MHRD/MBA/MLW/similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing sector, preferably healthcare industry
  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Development of the Human Resources Department.
  • Employee and Industrial Relation Management.
  • Performance Management.
  • Training & Development.
  • Recruitment & Selection.
  • Establishes the company wage and salary structure.
  • To develop incentive plans with measurable units of output.
  • Payroll Management & Admin.
  • Statutory and Regulatory.
  • Planning and Costing.
  • Reviewing budget and managing expenditure.
  • Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Negotiating price, Check quality and delivery; Checking and approving admin / facility related invoices.
  • Liasoning and Coordination.
  • Fleet Management.
  • Health, Safety, environment and Security management
  • Manage Building and Grounds General Maintenance and Cleaning
  • Record Keeping.
  • MIS, ISO and Audit.
