Development of the Human Resources Department.
Employee and Industrial Relation Management.
Performance Management.
Training & Development.
Recruitment & Selection.
Establishes the company wage and salary structure.
To develop incentive plans with measurable units of output.
Payroll Management & Admin.
Statutory and Regulatory.
Planning and Costing.
Reviewing budget and managing expenditure.
Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
Negotiating price, Check quality and delivery; Checking and approving admin / facility related invoices.
Liasoning and Coordination.
Fleet Management.
Health, Safety, environment and Security management
Manage Building and Grounds General Maintenance and Cleaning
Record Keeping.
MIS, ISO and Audit.
